Located within Philadelphia city limits, the 12,000+ square foot space offers studios, filmmakers, TV and news productions, and commercial teams a full-service soundstage and production facility — with the added benefit of up to a 30% state tax credit for eligible production spending. Founded in 2022 by Ashlee and Elijah Hollis, The Story Factory also serves as home base for Helm Creative Studio.
